Book a UAV Survey Request

Submit a survey request and Altivis will review the property location, access, weather, airspace considerations and operational requirements before confirming whether a UAV survey is suitable.

UAV surveys remain provisional until reviewed and confirmed in writing.

Altivis reviews every survey request before confirmation. This ensures the property location, access arrangements, weather, airspace considerations, site suitability and operational requirements can be assessed properly before any UAV activity is agreed.

UAV surveys are not automatically confirmed when a form is submitted. Your request will be reviewed and Altivis will respond with the next steps, recommended survey option and any further information required.
 

What happens next:

  1. Submit your survey request
    Tell Altivis about the property, roof concern, site requirement or reporting need.
  2. Initial review
    Altivis reviews the property location, access details, weather considerations, airspace context and operational suitability.
  3. Scope confirmation
    The most appropriate survey option is confirmed, along with indicative pricing, report level and any relevant add-ons.
  4. Survey planning
    If suitable, the survey is planned around safe operating conditions, permissions, weather and access.
  5. UAV image capture
    Visible and accessible roof or property areas are captured using UAV imagery, subject to site and operational conditions.
  6. Report delivery
    Altivis prepares the agreed report, including selected image evidence, structured observations, priority indicators and practical recommendations.
